Mr. Mitropoulos was elected to the Arlington Housing Authority Board of Commissioners in 2001. Nick currently serves as Chairman for 2004 - 2005.

While he is the newest member of the Board, he brings a strong business background and considerable business experience to the Board. He also serves on several subcommittees that reach out to tenants, other governmental departments and non-profit organizations in the community.

Nick is a lifetime resident of Arlington, a graduate of Arlington High School, and he has an MBA from Babson College in the areas of Finance and Marketing. Nick and wife Marie have two daughters.
