The meeting was called to order at 7:12 P.M. by Brian Greeley, in the John F. Cusack Board Room, located at 4 Winslow Street, Arlington, MA.

Project Updates
We are wrapping up with CTA at Menotomy Manor. We are waiting for the fire panel for the elevator at Cusack.

Bill Fish got re-elected as President and Mike Levitt was elected as Vice Presidentof the Drake Village Tenants Association.

CDBG Requests
The format has changed on the application which is due January 10, 2010. Joan Butler of Minuteman Services is requesting $75,000.00 for a Resident Service Coordinator to cover Winslow, Cusack and Chestnut Manor. Minuteman would like the Arlington Housing Authority's support for this.
Mr. Griffin said that we received $109,000.00 in Admin. Fees from the Mod. Program.
Mr. Griffin said that we are going to use $42,000.00 to install wireless antennas for the security cameras. Mr. Griffin discussed this with Mr. Conlon.
Domestic Violence Safe House

Mr. Murray made a motion and Mr. Mitropoulos seconded it to explore a unit for domestic violence with Joan Butler.

New Business
The police department has 1.3 million dollars to use on repair of the garage. The police department would like the AHA involved in the discussion and Mr. Griffin will meet with Bill Shea to discuss AHA involvement.
The Menotomy Manor office is completed. Mr. Griffin wants to have an opening with the police department.
